Resume content and instructions may be processed by automated systems, including Cloudflare Workers AI. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require your review. SharpenResume does not intentionally use resumes to train its own models. Stripe may retain transaction and identity records for five years or longer for payments, fraud prevention, regulation, claims, or other independent obligations. Deleting a SharpenResume account does not automatically delete records Stripe must retain.
7. Disclosure and transfers
We disclose information to providers as needed for their service function, to advisers under confidentiality, to comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a corporate transaction. Providers may process data in the United States and other locations described in their documentation.
8. No sale or behavioral-advertising sharing
SharpenResume does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required notice and opt-out before the practice begins.
9. U.S. privacy choices
We voluntarily provide U.S. users methods to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion. We do not discriminate for making a request and verify identity in proportion to risk. These voluntary practices do not state that Zemobile LLC is legally subject to the CCPA unless applicable thresholds and practices are confirmed.
10. Security and age
We use reasonable safeguards, but no service guarantees absolute security. SharpenResume is available only to people aged 18 or older. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a resume.
11. Cookies and contact
The Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy describes our essential session, authentication, locale, security, payment, and first-party operational technologies. Submit requests through Contact or privacy@zemobile.com. Material changes will be identified by the effective date and legal version.
